House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

This was an outstanding place to stay in Sedona! The host was easy to communicate with, and checking in was a breeze. The house was very well appointed with modern finishes and very clean. The 2nd bedroom, with it's own bathroom, in on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom, which is great for privacy.The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. It was also nice to have the washer/dryer. This is a very private home in a very quiet neighborhood, but is very close to restaurants and many great hikes. We didn't have to drive more than 15 minutes to reach restaurants or other activities. The backyard and patio area is amazing with plenty of seating, unobstructed views of the mountains, and the hot-tub! It was so peaceful and great for stargazing.We also took in more than one amazing sunset right from the backyard! The private hiking trail that takes you down to Oak Creek was one of the highlights of our time in Sedona. There is a swimming hole towards the end of the hike and also Raven Caves above the creek, which was amazing. The host provided a very informative guide book for this hike and many others, along with great dining and activity recommendations. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was completely as advertised. It’s a quiet, serene retreat spot that sits perfectly next to a sprawling landscape, and the home is clearly custom built with that in mind, from the views available in every room to the backyard that transitions perfectly into the private creek access. On a practical note, everything worked without much fuss. Jacuzzi was warm and clean on check in, and the multi-zone AC kept up with the June heat. Lockbox entry was thankfully easy enough to figure out by the time I arrived at 2AM. No crazy check out instructions. Also, I picked this place because while other rentals use clever photography to hide how little privacy you actually have, this home is 100% private. I never heard a neighbor nor could I see any other houses from the backyard. The comfort and security that comes with that level of privacy is always worth a premium to me.

We stayed at this house on our honeymoon and it was everything we could’ve hoped for. The patio, hot tub and view are only a few of the features of this home that made our stay spectacular. The best was utilizing the private trails that meet up with Ravens Cave, which was very fun to explore, and also Oak Creek which was great to hike down to with a picnic and dip our toes in the water to cool down. We did this two of the days we were there actually as it was so peaceful and relaxing — also very private! Even in the middle of the day we saw very few people along the creek and the trail. One particular night when it was too buggy to sit outside, we sat in the upper room with panoramic views to watch the stars come out. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and check in and out was a breeze. The house is about a 10 min drive to the downtown area of Sedona yet feels hours away, since it feels so private

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! We felt truly at home, the house was beautiful and well equipped. We couldn't access the lockbox at check in, there was an issue with the code, but the people at Casago called me back right away and told me how to access the second lockbox and stayed on the phone with me until we got in. The place is huge, it was just my husband and I, but I highly recommend you come with friends to get the most out of it. The views are stunning! We made use of the jacuzzi and the fire pit, really nice after sunset when it gets a bit cold outside. The kitchen was great, I don't remember seeing it advertised but they have a gas grill right outside the kitchen. We went grocery shopping and stock the fridge, we didn't eat out once. We cooked and bbq everyday! The neighborhood is quiet which we really appreciate. And although they're other houses in the area, when you stepped into the backyard you feel all alone. Lastly, huge bonus all the wildlife we spotted!

This home is conveniently located very close to the trails - bell rock, raven caves, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The backyard leads into a private trail that leads to the other side at the bottom of the ravens cave with private access to the oak creek canyon. Every room opens to the gorgeous views and the upper room is like an observatory - we enjoyed gazing at stars and spotting birds (and two deers). The kitchen is well stocked, plus they have a vitamix and toaster besides the coffee maker.

The home was as beautiful as we had expected. Very private, quiet and secluded. The downtown area was just a short drive away. The views are spectacular and with all the floor to ceiling windows, it brings that view indoors as well! All the towels and linens were very nice and the beds super comfy. Couldn't imagine a better home and setting. The house is modern, clean, interesting, and has ample windows and patios. The outdoor deck area is amazing, as is the fire pit and hot tub. The views are phenomenal. The best part is the private trails that take you all the way down to Oak Creek. We went on several really interesting hikes, all from the house. Never had to drive to a crowded lot or walk amongst a bunch of other tourists. Will 100% come back here.

Better than advertised! Great location for popular Sedona trails. Beautiful home. Wonderfully clean. We most enjoyed sitting outside looking at the view. We booked the home specifically for the view and we were not disappointed. Fabulous night sky viewing. We were able to see shooting stars, the Milky Way, the Big Dipper, and Polaris. We also enjoyed the firepit, grill, hot tub, ping pong, and movie nights with the big tv. Management company was responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a minor issue with gaining entry to the property, the instructions that were sent to us were for an electronic door knob keypad - with no numeric code. When we arrived, there was a lockbox on the door handle that required letters as a code for entry. The host was super quick in helping us navigate the issue, so we were able to gain entry quickly. Other minor issue was the dryer in the home was not working. I love to be able to wash everything before coming home, so don't need to do laundry when I return home. The dryer did not work. :-( Last issue was the first night, opened the hot tub cover and saw that the water level was low, below the jets. I figured that might be common due to the heat, so used the garden hose to fill it up. When I went to use the hot tub the next day, the water was at the same level as the day prior, so obviously there is a leak. Other than those minor issues, it is an amazingly beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again!

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.

  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:

Consider Sun Trip Preserver insurance for added coverage consideration.
